What if the universe was not an accident?
What if it didn’t create itself, but was itself created? And what if life on Earth didn’t evolve of its own accord, but was, in fact, designed? Sound like the backdrop of a good science fiction novel?
Not so fast. The best hard science available today offers compelling evidence that this is the reality we inhabit. Matter, energy, time, even space itself had a beginning before which it did not exist. Then something changed. Change requires initiative. And initiative requires an initiator.
But in that universe, created by an alien of incomparable power and intellect, what if the Initiator created life elsewhere—somewhere besides Earth? What form might that life take? Now there’s a backdrop for great science fiction!
